Originally released in 1950, the first edition CDC. 1 Lounge Chair was characterized by its conic legs. Now, GUBI has gone back to Carlo De Carli’s original design, embracing the slender silhouette with prolonged conic legs in metal and a curated selection of two-toned upholstery.

Despite the slender silhouette, the CDC.1 Lounge Chair offers an excellent seating experience. While paying close attention to the original drawings, the conic legs have been prolonged to increase seating height, reflecting the ergonomic lines of contemporary body sizes, while the seat is padded for maximum comfort.
